Where is my digital book?

Your download link is emailed to you the moment your payment is confirmed, and it's also shown on the order confirmation page. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam/junk folder first, then email us at hello@masterfulmindsbooks.com and we'll resend it. Keep that email — you can re‑download any time.

What format are the ebooks?

Ebooks are full‑colour PDFs — they look beautiful on a tablet, phone or computer, and you can print pages at home if you like. They're for your personal use.

How long does a printed book take?

Our printed books are made to order, so allow a little time for printing on top of postage. Delivery times depend on where you are; you'll see options at checkout. We ship worldwide.

Can I return or get a refund?

Because printed books are made to order and digital books are delivered instantly, we generally can't offer change‑of‑mind refunds once an order is in production or a download has been opened. But if anything arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us and we'll make it right. See our Terms for the full detail.

Is paying on your site safe?

Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment providers. We never see or store your card details.

Do you have a discount code?

If you have a promo code, you'll enter it at the secure checkout and the discount applies before you pay. Keep an eye on our emails and socials for codes.

Which book is right for whom?

The core books, THE CODE and THE RISE, are the deep, practical editions for growing young men and women. The comic editions, YOU'RE READY and RISE UP, tell the same lessons in vivid, page-turning form for younger readers. YOU'RE HERE is a first book to read aloud to little ones. Each product page tells you who it's for.
