Written to you, not to a parent, and not about a teenager. There is no printed book in this kit and that is deliberate: both of our adult-read handbooks are addressed to a teenager of a stated sex, and we would rather say so than sell you one. The adult book is the gap we haven't filled yet.
The week
- Night 1 — count. Every unplanned open, one mark. No changes yet.
- Night 2 — the audit. One question per account: after their posts, do I feel worse about my life?
- Night 3 — catch the spike. Envy arrives in the body before it becomes a story. Name it, add the missing footage.
- Night 4 — the only fair race. One written line: something you did today that yesterday-you hadn't.
- Night 5 — park it. One worry, one sentence, one time you'll actually deal with it.
- Night 6 — the gate. Can you change it in seven days? If yes, don't reframe it — act.
- Night 7 — three specifics. Then pick the two moves you'll keep.
Six moves in seven nights, and the last email tells you to keep two. Two that hold on a bad Tuesday beat six that collapse by Thursday.

How to check us
Every claim in this kit carries the number of people it was tested on, and the companion has a page listing what each of them is oversold as. Two examples, because they are the ones people quote at us:
- "66 days to form a habit" is a median, with a range of 18 to 254 days, fitted on roughly forty people. We print the range next to the number, every time.
- "Always reframe it" is wrong on a fixable problem. Reappraisal helped with stressors people could not control and was associated with worse outcomes where they could — which is why night 6 asks whether the thing is fixable before it asks you to make peace with it. Correlational studies, samples in the low hundreds; we say that on the page too.

Questions
Who is this for?
An adult who bought it for themselves. Both workbooks are marked 13+ and a teenager can use them, but every word of the companion and the programme is written to you — the hour that disappears, the loop that starts when the house goes quiet, the decision you have been "thinking about" for a week.
Is there a book in it?
No, and that is on purpose. THE CODE and THE RISE are read by plenty of adults, but they are addressed to a son and to a daughter, and putting one in an adult kit would be selling you a teenager's handbook with a different label. If you want one anyway, they are in the collection.
Will this make me stop comparing?
No. Nobody stops comparing — the ranking machinery does not have an off switch, and anyone selling you one is selling you something. What the kit does is change what gets fed in, and change what the ranking is pointed at. The measure it offers is you against yesterday's you, which is the only race with a fair lane.
How long does it take?
The audit is about fifteen minutes, once. The daily moves are under two minutes each. The programme runs seven days and the workbooks carry a thirty-day arc if you want it. You can stop the emails at any point with the link in every one; your downloads are unaffected.
