Common questions
- Where's my download? Digital copies are emailed the moment your order is confirmed, and they're also on your order confirmation page. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll resend it.
- Where are my kit emails? Two land as soon as your payment goes through: a setup email called Start Here, and your first night's email. After that it's one a night. Check your spam folder, then tell us and we'll look into it.
- Want the nightly emails to stop? There's a link at the bottom of every kit email that stops them. Nothing you downloaded goes away.
- Where's my printed book? Print copies are made to order and mailed to the address you gave at checkout. Email us your order number and we'll track it down.
