These terms apply to your use of this website and any purchase you make from Masterful Minds ("we", "us", "our"), publisher of Masterful Minds. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Our products

We sell printed books and digital books (PDF ebooks). Printed books are produced on demand — each copy is printed and shipped by our print partner after you order. Digital books are delivered as a download. Cover images, sample pages and colours are shown as accurately as we can, but slight variation in printed colour and finish can occur.

2. Orders & pricing

Prices are shown on each product page and are inclusive of GST where it applies. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout, plus the shipping option you choose there. We may correct obvious errors, and we may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if a product is unavailable or an error is found) and refund any payment for it.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is successful.

4. Delivery — printed books

Printed books are made to order, so please allow time for printing in addition to postage. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If your book arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Delivery — digital books

Digital books are delivered by a download link emailed to you and shown on your order confirmation page, immediately after payment. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read the book for your own use. You may not resell, share, upload, or redistribute the file.

6. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Ebooks (digital). Digital books are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so all ebook sales are final — we do not offer refunds on ebooks once the order is placed.

Printed books. Every printed book is made to order specifically for you, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds. If your book arrives damaged in transit or has a genuine printing defect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement (or a refund if we can't replace it). We do not refund books that arrive in good condition.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other rights that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Intellectual property

All content in our books and on this website — text, illustrations, artwork, designs and the FORGED and Masterful Minds names — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Please use this website lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, access it in unauthorised ways, or infringe our or anyone else's rights.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time of your order is the version that applies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
